After meeting with a few realtors, I began to realize that my expectations were unrealistic and somewhat unattainable. Instead of giving up I decided to start looking on my own which turned out to be more stressful than lowering my expectations! At that point I was contemplating giving up on the entire process and continuing to rent. That was until I did one final Google search and luckily found Mark! He was extremely patient and determined to find me something that not only fit my budget but exceeded my expectations! Mark took the stress out of finding and buying my first time home and actually made fun and exciting which is how I was expecting and hoping it would be!
